Privacy notice — draft

This draft is for internal review and must be completed before public launch. When you submit the website form with consent, we save your preferred area, housing budget, move-in date, consent evidence and an inquiry reference before opening WhatsApp. No account or phone number is collected by this form. A pseudonymous request identifier and a keyed hash of platform identity or network address help prevent duplicates and abuse; the raw network address is not stored in the inquiry table. When the WhatsApp integration is configured, messages sent to our business account are stored with your phone number, housing requirements, message timestamps and any explicit inquiry consent, so a coordinator can respond. Technical records track receipt and processing status. Form answers are sent to our server only when you submit the form. A saved form does not confirm that you sent a WhatsApp message. Under the current direct-chat flow, WhatsApp conversations and your phone number are not automatically imported. WhatsApp/Meta may process messages under their own terms.

Before launch, publish the verified data controller identity and contact, processing purposes and lawful basis, data categories, processors, international transfers, retention/deletion schedule, rights request channel and any required Korean privacy disclosures. Do not send identity documents, bank details or payment information in an initial inquiry. This draft does not yet provide a finalized retention policy or rights request contact.
